Langauge assignment

The Language Assign module (http://drupal.org/project/languageassign) allows for more refined changes to node languages from the standard Drupal content filter. It is very useful for developing multilingual websites. I tried it with the Content Management Filter but it does not work (even though its options do appear). Would be a nice feature to have working with CMF.
