Have no submit button only preview for comments? Even as user1 I can't post a comment anymore. :-(

You have "Preview Comment" set to required. Set it to optional, and your submit button will return.

Thanks very much. If I in the new future install Mollom shall I then turn it back?

I do not see comment settings under administer > content management > comments. Is there some other way to get there?
