I find the number of dependencies rather big, for a scrollable content jQuery module. Furthermore, most of them are in beta stages.

Right now, it just depend on Taxonomy module that comes as a core module with Drupal, and ImageCache (62 KB), I don't think it's as big as the feature it offers, so instead of resizing your images using CSS (where most of the times images will look crappy with this way) and also to save bandwidth and loading time. those are the main reasons for using use ImageCache.

CCK module is an optional module that Scrollable Content integrate with to get additional CCK content types to use them as scrolling content.

Stay tuned I'm preparing a full documentation, video and a demo for Scrollable Content.

Hello good_man,

Any news on the preparing of full documentation and a video?

I can't seem to get the Scrollable Content block to appear in my Content Region.

All the settings and permissions seem ok, and there are photos in my gallery but it is not showing up. It doesn't even show the text in the title of the block
if I give it a name!

Any pointers?

Thanks

Hi jamesmcd,

Sorry for being late I had some issues to solve then I moved my concentration to the new release scrollable_content 6.x-1.2-beta3 which has many great features like Views and template (.tpl) support, plus some bug fixes, hope it's working now for you and the documentation and video will be released very very soon ;) I promise.

I'll keep you update on this issue, until then stay tuned.
