Is there any documentation on how to create a user-customized panel page with certain panes that are locked down and selecting additional panes from a list to display? I found an old module that seemed to do this, but it was integrated into Panels 3. I'd like to be able to do a customized home page like Yahoo or iGoogle. Thanks!

This feature does not currently exist. So there is not documentation. =)
