The theme will display fine on firefox and google chrome. However with internet explorer the front page of the site will use the "zero point" style instead of the "sky" style that is set. The other pages show up fine. The only difference on the front page from the other pages is that it is using panels.
Why is the front page defaulting back to the "zero point" style while the other pages use the correct "sky" style?

vm commentedlikely because it is a panel and may be cached?
If the zero point theme is removed from the install in total, what does the panel do?

beyond67 commentedI cleared all my cache and it still didnt help.. Its strange that it is only happening in IE.
You want me to remove zero point theme? What would you want me to look for? Not too many other themes have different styles associated with them like this theme does.

vm commentedOk no you have me confused. Which theme isn't supposed to be showing ?
sky or zeropoint? Based on your opening of this issue it reads as if zeropoint is interferring with your front page and you have the "sky" theme in use which is what is desired including the front page.
Also of note, noone is saying you can't put the theme back. It's a debugging method. remove, clear cache, test, add back, test.
You cleared your database cache?
What about clearing your browser cache?

beyond67 commentedIm using the Zero Point theme.
Within the Zero Point theme, listed under layout settings there are the following styles: 0 Point, Sky, Nature, Ivy, Ink, Sangue, Lime. I currently have the "Sky" style set within the Zero Point theme.
The frontpage of the site is using the default "0 Point" style while the rest of the site is using the "Sky" style.
I tried changing the style to the others like "Ink", and same issue still remains. For some reason, the frontpage is not using the selected style in internet explorer.
I cleared all cache including browser and database. I uninstalled and reinstalled the theme. Issue still remains.

vm commentedah, my bad I understand now. I thought you meant the sky theme project http://drupal.org/project/sky

balik kampung commentedI think it is happening with IE and there are many others issues that is happening with IE. I also have few issues such as the style is not properly displayed in IE; for ex: rounded corners. Rounded corners are not displayed as round in IE where as they r rounded in FF.

beyond67 commentedAny ideas why this is happening? The homepage is quite a mess in internet explorer. Its almost like its using a different style sheet.

florian commentedI will upload the reworked "no issues" version this week.

Todd Young commentedLook into an issue I stumbled across where you can condense the CSS sheets, something about IE only handling up to a certain limit of CSS's. Especially if your Zero Point only freaks out in IE on certain pages that are more loaded, and not so much on simpler pages. The setting I'm refering to is Performance -> Optimize CSS 'enabled'
