is there vote module that allow anonymous user to vote? or is there a fix for Simplevote module to allow this feature?

the flash Voting module is fine and i would work for me but it doesn't work in Drupal 4.7

there is a fix for Nodevote module but i won't be able to use View module to list top voted nodes.
