It would be be easy to have a quick link to the module versions code on viewvc.

Something link: http://drupalcode.org/viewvc/drupal/contributions/modules/MODULE_NAME/?p...

The attached patch an untested attempt at implementing this link.
Any feedback is welcome...

Too bad nobody had time to respond to this...

I've since found that the module maintainer can fill in a 'CVS tree: ' field under the 'Project resources' which is then published on the module page. Why this is not filled in by default beats me.

Although this fills most of my feature request, the CVS tab still seems like the logical place to lo0ok for such a link.
