All submenu indentations are failing to indent, leading to a flat menu list. See attached image for details.

Browsers: Firefox 3.5 Mac and Windows, IE 7.0.5 windows.

Have tried using Jquerymenu with it as well, the +/- icons have ended up over the menu border.

Interesting.. have you made any changes to your theme? It works correctly locally and have not seen any other issues with this menu style before. Attached is a screenshot of what it should look like.
