Minor node_export.inc issue [#648354]

node_export merged node_export.pages.inc into node_export.module in their 6.2.17 release. this patch addresses that.

This re-rolled patch maintains backwards compatibility with older versions of node_export. Committing to DRUPAL-6--2. Thanks!
