SKS keyserver support would be great, eg. by just adding a link to a random server of the SKS network, so that everyone can look up his own key, once it is uploaded - or upload it manually:
http://pool.sks-keyservers.net:11371/

Sorry, didn't read the ROADMAP.txt before.
As you already plan to implement support for the OpenPGP HTTP Keyserver Protocol (HKP), perhaps you could create a configuration file:
modules/openpgp/.gnupg/gpg.conf

Add entries like:

keyserver x-hkp://keys.gnupg.net:11371
