Write patch / addon for signup module

Hi I'm looking for someone to write a patch / addon for the signup module as described in http://drupal.org/node/642564
I would need this patch within a week so before the 9th of december. (sooner is better)

Signup experiance is prefered.

You can try signup status

You can try signup status and trigger+action.

Users first signup with Status A, then redirect to your "summary page".

After users confirm, redirect to signup page to ask them change Status A to Statue B.
