When I configure Site Configuration > Mailchimp > Mailchimp Subscription Lists > List name > Roles to "Select the anonymous user role to have the list appear on the Newsletter Subscription page" this does not work and instead if I select the "Authenticated Role" the desired effect is achieved.

When I configure Site Configuration > Mailchimp > Mailchimp Subscription Lists > List name > Roles to achieve "Select the authenticated user role to have the list appear on the User Registration page" this does not work and instead if I select the "Anonymous Role" the desired effect is achieved.

I have two lists one for anonymous users and one for authenticated users (who are actually paid members) and the functionality is exactly what I desire but it seems there is a slight issue with how the list registration is being implemented based on user role.

I'll need some clarification on your issue. Newsletters are genearally mapped to roles, and only those mapped to the "authenticated role" will ever appear in the registration form. You'll also need to select the checkbox at the bottom for including the newsletter in the registration.

Hi

I have a newsletter sign up appearing in the registration form as required but I have the anonymous user checked for the role not the authenticated role as it should be.

Likewise I also have a newsletter sign up configured on the newsletter sign up page for anonymous users but this only shows when I check the check box for authenticated users.

Update to RC2, clear all caches, and report back if you still have problems.
