Enabled the Zen Theme. Created new subtheme via Zenophile as usual (the folder is there on sites/all/themes/) but the subtheme is not showing up on the themes page. Please check.

Alex Andrascu commentedusing this with Zen 1.1
Comment #2
Garrett Albright commentedHmm… Couldn't replicate. Are you familiar with themes? Do you think you could poke around the theme directory and see if you notice anything unusual?
If not, do you think you could archive the directory and attach it here?
rgaskell commentedThe .info file is missing. All the other files are there as far as this newbie can tell.
However, there is a file called STARTERKIT.info.txt that contains all the data for the new theme except that instead of the correct theme name and css files, they are Zen Sub-theme Starter Kit and STARTERKIT.css

Alex Andrascu commentedI guess this has something to do with the subtheme owner "nobody". As rgaskell said the .info file is missing and i cant rename it.
Garrett Albright commentedWhoops! Can replicate - when I be sure to use Zen 1.1. It looks like my testing server had Zen 1.0 installed in the "default" themes directory while 1.1 was installed in the "all" themes directory… Shoot, does that mean that Zenophile actually never worked with Zen 1.1? How long has this been happening?
I'll get this fixed and into the next dev and beta releases soon.

realOFF commentedI was just having this problem too. .info file was named as STARTERKIT and its owner was Nobody.
I needed to ask my hosting provider to fix the ownership of my account.
Then I renamed the file but to no avail. What else do I need to fix?

webbymatt commentedSorry to re-open this but I just had the same issue and it was resolved when I realised I had used hyphens in my theme name. Replacing with underscores fixed it.
