We are looking for a front-end developer that has a mastery of CSS and is not afraid to use it. If you see CSS as more of an instrument than a technology, you are playing our tune.
Our project is a service that allows anybody to create their own website and theme that site using their browser. We are using CSS in groundbreaking ways to make this possible; we are looking for talent that is driven and can bring their mastery to bear on the challenges that lay ahead.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience building user interfaces
* Expert, hands-on knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JQuery and/or JavaScript
* Expert knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatible production ready solutions
* Experience working with themeable CMS applications
* Experience configuring a local xAMP stack
* Experience with understanding and building SEO/semantic solutions
* Experience translating design comps/wireframes
* Experience with source/version control software
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
* Solid verbal and written English communication skills
* Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
* Team player
Desirable:
* Experience with MySQL & PHP
* Experience with Drupal theming
* Experience with AJAX
* Experience with Flash, ActionScript
