How to activate wysiwys editor in custom made module

Hi,

I'm building a custom module, but when I use the _form() hook, I want to have a wysiwyg editor instead of a plain textarea.
I have the wysywig module installed and the wymeditor, but I don;t know how to make a textarea be a wysiwyg editor. Can somebody please help?

I want to know abt wysiwyg editor.In my web page if update anything the HTMP tags are displaying. So to avoid it i need the information about site congiguration & WYSiWYg editor.
