I'd like to offer my visitors comment feeds from my site but I'm using 4.7. Any chance you may update this?

I have just fixed the problematic areas and branched the module for 4.7. A tarball will shortly be available for download. The CVS HEAD or DRUPAL-4-7 branched code is working nicely with Drupal 4.7 (as I tested). Plus it has new information in the feeds.
