Missed zh_cn_utf8 in 4.7.0 and cvs version. It should be listed as the following:
'zh_cn','zh_cn_utf8', 'zh_tw', 'zh_tw_utf8'

please check line 718

Hey, my big brother Jackey, I fixed the tiny issue in the distribution used by lcuc.org.cn.

And the zh_cn_utf8 translation stuff is not 100% complete ^_^
