Option to directly start a meeting as opposed to scheduling a meeting

When creating a meeting from your DimDim account, it allows you to either start the meeting immediately or schedule the meeting. Can that option be included as part of the module as well? If someone wanted to start a meeting immediately it would speed things up for them if they didn't even have to look at the time and date at all.
