i am using the following modules in my drupal installation:
* contact manager
* content profile

for my content type "contact-manager" the "content profile" option is enabled.

now i have the following strange behaviour: a new user which has no profile information connected to it yet has no problem creating new contact information with contact manager. but as soon as i enter some profile information, creating new contact information with node/add/contact-manager is impossible because i get redirected from node/add/contact-manager to the edit form of my current profile contact information.

any ideas what the problem could be? thx for help.

Do you have a site i could check this on, seems a very weird instance almost as if the user does not have the correct permissions to create the contact.
