Can anyone tell me whether the title of the menu block created by this module is translatable? I have been able to find and translate the (localized) terms through the i18n translation interface (showing up as menu items) but the block title itself is not being found.

Taxonomy Menu does not create the block or block title. Only the menu links are created. I do believe that the block and menu modules do create the title translatable.
