We should always provide a comment reply url, not just on comments.
This allows us to have a comment reply URL in mails for new nodes on a site.

petednz commentedI see you are using the [comment-reply-url] token.
Do you happen to know - does the token [comment-reply-url] only work if the notification that goes out is already a comment? I tried the token when sending out the original node but the token didn't work - is that correct behaviour in the case of a node v a comment?

gregglesHi Peted - this patch attempts to address that problem so that we have a comment reply URL even if it's a node.
