My sitemap is showing errors because the code is showing up as instead of en. Should I be setting this somewhere or is something else going on? The sitemap can be found here: http://www.securityinfowatch.com/googlenews.xml.

Not sure I understand the problem. Plus you haven't had any recent news items so the News sitemap is empty.

I have the same problem -- language node doesn't appear, or appears empty. Because of that Google News won't accept it.
