How do I move the "administer" link in the nav menu? It's acting as if its menu weight were 9, but I set its weight to 0 in the menu table. I made sure to truncate the cache table, and it still shows up in the middle of my navigation menu.

I have a new install of 4.7 and the menu settings have been undisturbed.
administer has a weight of 9
logout has a weight of 10

Remember that menus are weighted alphabetically and then by weight and those weighted menus are then ordered alphabetically.

Right, but after I set the weight of the administer link to zero, it's still showing up in the same location... :(
