This sounds like a very useful module.
I visited your demonstration site and read:

"You're welcome to test it by using the form below."

Bur I can't find a form anywhere on the page. Nor can I find a form tag in the source code.
??
I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 on XP.
I'd really like to see this in action.
What am I missing here?
