User's Gigya account does not get un-linked from their Drupal account when Drupal account gets deleted

Module needs to call unlinkAccounts upon Drupal account deletion:

Otherwise the following could occur:
1. User creates a Drupal account and links only his facebook to it.
2. User's account gets deleted for some reason.
3. User creates new account and links his twitter to it.
4. User attempts to link his facebook to his new account but is unable to do so because Gigya thinks that facebook account is still linked to his old Drupal account which no longer exists.
