Add an option to select which parts of the node the source text is pulled from

By default, Search Lucene MoreLikeThis pulls the text from the node's body. There should be an option for users to select which parts of the node text is extracted from, such as comments, title, etc. This will help with performance as well as because items can be chosen that have less text which will improve the speed of tokenizing and search.
