When user's upload a new profile picture to replace their old one, because the picture still has the same name, the new picture doesn't show up at first. It appears to be cached both in the drupal cache and in the browser cache. Is there a way to get the new picture to show up without waiting for both cache to get refreshed, or manually clearing both caches?
