Let's say I have about 800 nodes of the Content Type 'Binary Poll'.

If some user is at some arbitrary node (300th node).

I want them to be able to click a button 'Next Poll' and it will take them to the 301st node.

Or click a button 'previous poll' and it will take them to the 299th node.

Is there a way to do this?

but less than incredibly efficient way, is to use the custom pagers module - http://drupal.org/project/custom_pagers
