I am looking to build a store that sells access to courses in video form. People would be able to purchase one course, 2, 3 or all. They should only be able to access the videos that they purchase for a certain period of time. There will be no downloads. Can drupal do this with any particular modules?

There are no other modules necessary to make this work? I assume this would require setting up nodes that are protected and then giving access via ubercart on a a course by course basis?

you will require a module to collect payment. ubercart or ecommerce.modules are the two major players with reference to drupal.

there are multiple access control modules in the downloads area that can be employed. Which one would best suit your idea I can't say. My best advice is to test them on a test site to ensure you locate the one that best suits your idea.

If course, you'll need SWF Tools or something similar for your video player...
