Not sure what to do; need help :)

site was functioning fine in english and i already had dutch language activated.
Today i switched site to dutch and i got the following errors:

* Het geselecteerde bestand /home/mydomain/domains/mydomain.tv/public_html/tmp/fileCCnfC3 kon niet upgeload worden omdat de doelmap files/languages/nl_2a5f734a86de29c8ee64d1d9ea737e2d.js niet correct ingesteld is.
* Het geselecteerde bestand /home/mydomain/domains/mydomain.tv/public_html/tmp/fileVb1ENM kon niet upgeload worden omdat de doelmap files/languages/nl_2a5f734a86de29c8ee64d1d9ea737e2d.js niet correct ingesteld is.

For the non-dutch among us :)

in english the above error says:

* The selected file domainpath could not be uploaded because destination path domainpath/files/languages/ is not configured correctly

I had the same problem, and it turned out I simply hadn't put the right permissions on the /sites/default/files/ directory (+644 instead of +755 or even +777). Maybe that works for you too.
