Running 6.14(all contributed modules up-to-date)

I just upgraded Domain Access from 6.x-2.0-rc9 to 6.x-2.0

I have Drupal installed on our shared server under off the document root in a directory named 'drupal'. So our base install is http://our.mainDomain.com/drupal/

Under Drupal 6.14 with Domain Access 6.x-2.0-rc9 I was able to see a home page resolve that I converted into Drupal which had a different domain name -- http://another.domainName.com/

Moments ago, after upgrading to Domain Access 6.x-2.0, I no longer see the converted home page at http://another.domainName.com/. What I see is the test page using the garland theme.

Can anyone help me out here?
