Introduce proper timezone support

I have noticed that other people are having this problem. I installed the official 4.7 flexinode and it is still happening. Here's the scenario:

• With configurable timezones disabled:
  • I put in an event for 11:00 am
  • Themed page turns it into 10:00 am
  • Click submit to edit any data in flexinode, time gets changed in database by one hour everytime
• With configurable timezones enabled:
  • Time still off by one hour on themed page
  • Time doesn't change in database upon submitting edits

What is causing this?
