tim.plunkettStill broken. I was triple checking my CSS, wondering why #worldclock wasn't working.
In addition, dashes are preferred to underscores. So worldclock-time instead of worldclock_time.
Also, might want to look into http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes--theme.inc/function/theme_table/6
