Even if you define them for content management / meta tags use front page settings and specify site verification entires, they do NOT show up in header section.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install module and sub-modules.
2. Assign role permissions to admin
3. Edit Admin => Content Management => Meta Tags
4. Override to use Front Page Custom Meta Tags.
5. Define Site Definitions in content
6. View Source Code.

Meta tags must also be selected to appear in the form, and in the HTML output. If you forget to do that, then the meta tags will not appear in HTML.

Having same issue. I've checked Description, Keywords, and Google Webmaster Tools verification code in both the "Meta tags to show in edit form" and the "Meta tags to output in HTML" lists, and no joy. I have the latest release
