Re-synced with 6.x-1.0-beta4 before new features added.

Views support has moved into a sub-module but now includes an attachment that will add a tagging form to a views tag display. This is good.

Block caching support and Authenticated User Page Caching is in!

• New sub-module "Community Tags Views Pack". A place for commonly used views.
• Views based tag clouds can now be created using the Views Cloud module with the "Tag Count" field.
• Simplified workflow in the main community tags module - complex node term synchronisation moved to sub-module.
• New sub-modules for rules, unitag, and node integration.
• Something approaching an API but will probably subject to change.
• Settings have been moved off the main community tags configuration page to per vocabulary/node type settings pages. Main configuration page now just displays status with links to CT settings and operations.
