Issue Summary
Hi there,
Am having trouble getting TOC to work on my site. The table appears on my site when I use the tag but that is all.
I have...
Installed TOC / Headings Anchors
Added them to my input type of filtered HTML.
My arrangement of filters are:
URL filter
Headings to Anchors
Table of Contents
HTML filter
Line break converter
freelinking filter
Have tried different arrangements to no avail.
The table of contents appear to show but they have no styling and clicking on the links or the show/hide button does not do anything. Error console is not coming up and the javascript and css seem to be loading properly. You can view the page I am testing this plugin here:

Update:
I have been able to get the TOC functioning properly. HTML filter can't be on - regardless of the order. Is there some alternative to this or a fix to allow this to remain on?

Note that I do not support 5.x. That version is not well supported anymore. If you find a fix, I can patch the code...
