Hi I am trying to work out how to configure my notification emails (to subscribers...)

Hi I am trying to work out how to configure my notification emails (to subscribers...) so that they look good. I am wanting a logo up top and line breaks.
At the moment I just get all the lines running together and I can't work out how to put the logo in. Help :)
