I would like to send some kind of newsletter to the users of my site.
Is there a way to list users mails? I was hoping to find such a facility in /admin/user/user

I can not get my SimpleNews module to send anything.

Create a new View and choose "User" as the "View Type" then add "User: Email" as a field.
