Yes, that users is spammer too. Paid by the same people, of course. Thanks! I couldn't remember where I'd already had that.

If the first user has been blocked, then also the other user should be blocked.
Looking at those comments, I see they are very similar; I would classify them spam because the intent is to make people visit the web site they are talking of.

Once both the users are blocked, the comments can be deleted too.
