I'm having a problem with my APC (Alternative PHP Cache) getting 100% fragmentation after several hours of use. I've been reading post here from others with similar problems too. I was wondering if upgrading to the latest version of APC might help, and has anyone else found this to be true. Currently on Ubuntu the version in the repository is 3.0.19, but I see APC is on 3.1.3.
