Well thats about it. I uninstalled taxonomy_breadcrumbs, and found that some of my menu items have disappeared. I am not sure if i am guessing the logic behind this deletions right (i am looking in admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links), but i see that all the deepest subitems (terms) in my menu tree were deleted. So, if my menu tree looked like:
Menu -> Sub-Menu-a -> item-b
Then item-a has disappeared.
Similarly, if the menu looked like:
menu -> Sub-Menu-x -> Sub-sub-menu-y -> item-z
Then item-z is deleted.
Dont know if this has been reported before. But its a pain to key in all of that again.

MGN commentedI haven't heard of this before. Can you provide setup instructions so I can try to reproduce this?
You might also try the 6.x-1.x-dev version since there have been a number of patches committed. I was considering releasing a 6.x-1.1 version, but thought that this issue should be resolved first.
Thanks

njathan commentedI had a whole menu tree in primary menu created before installing the module.
The module settings were default, except i had populated the URL for vocabularies/terms that needed it.
edit: i am using nice_menus on the primary links for display

hillaryneaf commentedThe same thing happend to me. I did upgrade from Drupal 5.19 up to 6.15. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.
The menu items that are missing for me after uninstalling taxonomy breadcrumb are all taxonomy term menu items. Can anyone else confirm this?
Is there anything that can be done, short of re-entering in all of these menu items again?
I will test with the dev version and see if that fixes it.

gisleThe Drupal 6 version is no longer supported. Closing this as outdated. If you think this is still relevant for Drupal 7 or Drupal 9, please open a new issue.
