This is a beautiful theme. Please help me on these:

1) How can I correct/remove the rectangular feed box as shown in the attached image?
2) How can I remove the search box as shown in the image?
3) Can I remove the copyright "- Designed by EZwpthemes Drupalized by Azri Design" at the bottom. If yes, how?

Regarding your queries:

1- Please, try to put your theme in sites--all---themes instead of themes.

2- Removing the search box as shown in the image. Sorry, I don't see what image you are talking about!
If you want to get it working, have a look at: Here

3- To be honest, no!

As with any GPL licensed software you can edit, add or remove things as you like. can edit/remove #3 by changing line #89 of the file page.tpl.php

Hello Jbrauer,

I drupalized the theme, but the design is not mine. It was originally designed for Wordpress by EZwpthemes. In their terms of use: "Removing our credit links or reselling our themes without permission are not allowed."

I saw some very nice WP themes, whose authors ask to keep the credit footer intact, and I am willing to port them to Drupal, do let me know if there is no issue on that!

I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one anywhere... I'd look at http://drupal.org/licensing/faq with particular emphasis on points #2 (which is really the only thing that applies here), #6 and #7.
