If you are using path_redirect with cck_fieldgroup_tabs module, and you show the node form path redirect configuration fieldset in a tab (in my case, I have additionally the residual elements in vertical tabs as well) then there is this js exception:

uncaught exception: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: /admin/build/path-redirect/add?destination=node%2F264%2Fedit&redirect=node%2F264&language=

There's nothing the path_redirect module can do. This is a properly formatted link and uses a proper list theme function.
