when I change to other theme,the module seems not worked.

I assume you also have your "other" theme setup with the appropriate regions per the install directions?

It's possbile that there may a conflict between the Block Bar and a different theme but I would need much more information to be able to help. I have this module working with a number of different 4.7 themes.

I sorry ,I had not changed the template.php file in other theme.
