Fix: API Key not set behavior

When Calais API key is not, yet, set - module still accesses web-service, provides empty key and returns server error from Calais.

Instead, it should check API key at the very beginning of calais_api_analyze and short-circuit itself if API key is not available + provide reasonable Drupal warning to user.
