CVS edit link for plach

The Translatable Fields UI (http://drupal.org/node/539110) could not go in core for many reasons (http://drupal.org/node/539110#comment-2345138).

We are now willing to make it live in contrib. As the TF-UI lead developer I need a CVS account to maintain it.

@mcload: This is the issue queue for CVS applications; once the CVS account has been approved, this report is not used anymore. I don't think you are going to get any notifications about this report. :-).
