Hello,
I know and understand the term CMS and am currently trying to build one for a client myself using PHP for a dating site.
Now I have heard about these CMS applications like Wordpress, Joomla and now Drupal and what I would like to know is are they hard or easy to setup and what is the difference between each one ?
How much knowledge do you need with regard to languages like HTML, PHP, MySQL, CGI ?
I am looking to build a Political Website for myself, ideally as some of the ones created by the american politicians ?
Do you get graphics with these CMS systems or do you have to go and create your own themes ?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated
Thanks

Drupal is more feature enriched than other CMS
hi
Drupal is lighter than both joomla and wordpress. It has an enriched feature set, a full blown CMS to handle multiple situations.
Since last two years, it has been awarded as the best CMS. You dont need any knowledge of php, mysql and CGI to start with Drupal. Minimal knowledge of html is required.
We have basic inbuilt themes into drupal which can be used and we can also create our own custom themes which is a very easy process.
