I'm just beginning to try this theme. I was building a front page, using a stacked panel design. For some reason I can't get the panels to align. They are not side by side, but all on top of each other. Is there any problems that I missed reading about between this theme and panels 3?

Sorry about the misspelled title. I'm thinking this might just be a panels problem. I installed another theme, and it's doing it there too.
