Startup looking for the services of a drupal dev+administrator - long term opportunity likely *** CLOSED

Hi,

I need to engage an expert Drupaler for my startup publishing site. The site is currently running on Drupal 6.14. It is reasonably complete now in terms of functionality. But, It needs the experts hands now before we take it online.

This would be the scope of services in the immediate (IMM), short term (ST= <3 M) and the longer term (LT):

1. Fix whatever critical shortcomings are there in the existing assembly, based on a detailed review. Issue #1 is performance - IMM
2. Implement security measures at the application as well as server level (VPS) - IMM
3 Tune SEO
4 Help develop a custom theme - LT
5 carry out routine house-keeping, such as module updates, setting up suitable cron jobs etc - ST/LT
6. Help it move on to the cloud, AWS preferably and stabilize it there - LT
7. Drupal version upgrades, as may be required- LT

well, yes, that's about it.

I'm not sure if we could afford the overheads of a firm now. We're still open to look at them if willing to treat my startup kindly :-) We're bound to conserve cash at this point.

I can promise to honor every word that we make in the contract. We could consider a fixed bid (p.m/p.a), but our deadlines need to be honored.

Need to get someone on the job today! Please help me by including all references to your major past work on Drupal, as I'm really short of time to sit down for a long-drawn selection job.

I may also want to engage the person to help with the other Drupal sites that I'd built
