When I try to add a new quote block I get an error telling me that "user warning: Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' query: INSERT INTO quotes_blocks (name, block_type, nid_filter, aid_filter, rid_filter, uid_filter, tid_filter, cron_interval, cron_step, cron_last, vid)..." Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I am continuing to get this error and am unable to add any new quote blocks. I have checked the quote_block table and it seems fine. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have access to your php errorlog to see if there are any errors?

No errors - I am able to get around the problem by creating quote blocks using views - but this is not as straight forward.

I checked a new install of 6.x.1.40 which performed as expected which means this is a updating issue. Can you try repairing the quotes_block table with phpmyadmin and see if this takes care of the problem.
